To further our marketing efforts on your behalf by:
- Keeping your details up to date and using our email systems;
- Providing two instances p.a. of your involvement in successful change projects and the lessons you learned from them;
To further business and/or learning opportunities for other and Change™ partners and safeguard the ethical integrity, professional standards and reputation of the and Change™ brand;
To receive or pay as appropriate, any commissions or amounts due as a result of work you respectively undertake as, or offer to, an and Change™ partner, using our systems.

By joining the ‘and Change’ advisor network, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Voluntary Participation: Your participation in the ‘and Change’ advisor network is voluntary and does not establish any guarantee or reasonable expectation of paid work.

Inclusion in Expert Pool: By joining the network, you consent to being included in our pool of experts. Being part of this pool means that your expertise may be considered for potential engagements if your qualifications align with specific project requirements.
Engagement Discretion: The decision to engage any advisor from the network for specific projects rests solely with ‘and Change.’ There is no obligation on our part to offer paid work, and engagements are contingent upon project needs and the alignment of your qualifications with the required expertise.
No Employment Relationship: Your participation in the ‘and Change’ advisor network does not establish an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or agency between you and ‘and Change.’ It is expressly understood that you are an independent advisor, and your participation in the network does not create any obligation on our part to provide employment opportunities.
Notification of Opportunities: ‘and Change’ may, at its discretion, notify network members of potential opportunities that align with their expertise. However, such notifications do not guarantee an offer of work, and engagement decisions remain within the sole discretion of ‘and Change.’
