Prosci® Train the Trainer program — Level 1

A two-day program prepares practitioners to teach role-based training program. You'll learn to facilitate Prosci's Change Management Programs for Managers, Employees, Project Managers and Project Teams.The workshop is delivered in two ways: classroom and online using the VILT mode (Virtual Instructor-Led Training).

Why this program?

Establish an internal, world-class change management training program with the Train-the-Trainer program you will learn how to train your team in-house. You will be able to deliver Prosci®’s following training programs: Change Management Employees Orientation, Leading your Team through Change, Delivering Project results, Taking Charge of Change.

You will be able to coach and mentor change agents and improve the organization’s overall change-readiness.

Who is it for?

  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioners who are ready to start deploying change management training throughout their organizations. Prosci’s Train-the-Trainer program is not designed for consultants or employees from consulting companies.
  • Change practitioners who are ready to start deploying Change Management training throughout the organization

Course pre-requisites

Practitioners who have attended and successfully completed the Prosci® Change Management Certification Program in the last 24 months.
