Prerequisites: Prosci Change Management Certification or Practitioner Program. For optimal results, consider completing other Model Mastery programs, including the Improve Project Health and ADKAR Model Mastery Levels 1 and 2, prior to attending.

Cancellations are not allowed – substitutions are permitted.
Delegates who wish to reschedule their booking do so not less than 15 days before the original course date, or be liable for an administration fee equal to 50% of the total course fee.
Non-attendance will result in the client being liable for full payment of the course fee.
