Pre-requisites

There are no no specific requirements however we encourage delegates to be familiar with either Change Management or Agile techniques prior to attending the program.

PLEASE NOTE: Places are only confirmed upon receipt of a Purchase Order or Proof of Payment.
Cancellations are not allowed – substitutions are permitted.
Delegates who wish to reschedule their booking do so not less than 15 days before the original course date, or be liable for an administration fee equal to 50% of the total course fee.
Non-attendance will result in the client being liable for full payment of the course fee.
